Security & Privacy Commitment

Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 2026 · Effective immediately · protonloop.com

1. Private by Default Architecture

At ProtonLoop (protonloop.com), every prototype, artifact, image, and note you create is strictly private by default. Access is granted exclusively through unguessable cryptographic URLs generated at the moment of upload. We do not index your projects on search engines or expose public directories.

You can revoke, pause, or regenerate any prototype link at any time from your dashboard or via the Claude MCP connector.

2. Reviewer Data & Zero-Login Model

When teammates or external clients access your shared review link on protonloop.com, they are not required to create an account, provide payment information, or accept tracking cookies. Any guest author name entered during comment creation is stored solely to attribute feedback within your project workspace.

3. Model Context Protocol (MCP) & AI Integrations

When you connect ProtonLoop to Claude, Cursor, or another LLM via our MCP endpoint, queries are scoped strictly to the authenticated user token. We never train generative AI models on your prototype code, DOM structures, or reviewer comment threads.

4. Data Retention & Archival

Customer accounts retain their prototypes, comments, and versions for the lifetime of their active subscription. In the event of subscription cancellation, prototypes and historical notes remain safely archived and downloadable via data export tools.

5. Contact Our Privacy Team

If you have questions regarding data handling or wish to request data export/deletion, please contact us at privacy@protonloop.com or visit our Contact Page.
