By accessing or using ProtonLoop ("the Service" accessible at protonloop.com), whether via web interface, API, or Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you possess authority to bind that entity.
2. Intellectual Property & Prototype Ownership
You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all code, assets, HTML artifacts, images, and content you upload or transmit through ProtonLoop. ProtonLoop claims no ownership, licensing, or commercial rights to your creations.
3. Reviewer Protections & No Hidden Charges
We adhere strictly to our zero-friction reviewer commitment: users who access prototypes via your shared protonloop.com link are guests. They will never be charged fees or subjected to paywalls when viewing or leaving feedback notes on your prototypes.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use ProtonLoop to distribute malicious scripts, phishing prototypes, or unlawful material. We reserve the right to immediately terminate links or accounts that violate integrity guidelines.
